What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. Currently that's limited to our contact form, which asks for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Any message you choose to include

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site. We do not collect any data automatically beyond standard web server logs generated by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type), which are used only for security and are not linked to your identity.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to become a client, to deliver our services. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We use a third-party form processing service, Formspree, Inc., to receive and store contact form submissions. Formspree is based in the United States, so submitting the contact form involves an international transfer of your data outside the UK. This transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses, a mechanism recognised under UK GDPR for protecting data sent to other countries.

We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else, and we don't use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we start working together, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law (e.g. accounting or tax records). We delete enquiries that don't turn into client work after a reasonable period, typically within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to how we're processing it
• Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
